Sexybera is a small fashion house in Santo Domingo. We collect as little information about you as possible, we do not track you across the internet, and we do not sell your data to anyone. This policy explains exactly what we hold and why.

Who we are

This site is operated by Sexybera, trading from Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. For anything relating to your personal data, write to [email protected].

Information you give us

We only receive personal information when you choose to contact us — there is no account to create and no checkout on this site. Depending on how you reach out, that may include:

• your name and the phone number or email address you contact us from;
• the content of your messages, including any sizing, fit, or delivery details you share;
• the pieces you ask about, so we can answer you properly;
• delivery and payment details, if you go on to place an order with us directly.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs — your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the time of the request. These are used to keep the site running and secure, and to diagnose faults. They are not used to build a profile of you.

What we do not do

We think this is the more useful half of a privacy policy, so we will be specific. This website does not set cookies. It carries no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording, and no social media trackers. We do not buy data about you, we do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

Third parties

Two third parties can see limited information when you use this site:

• Google Fonts. Our typeface is served by Google. Your browser requests the font files directly, which means Google receives your IP address and browser details. Google does not set cookies for this, and states the data is used only to serve the fonts.
• WhatsApp and Meta. If you contact us through WhatsApp, that conversation happens on Meta's platform and is governed by Meta's privacy policy as well as this one. We can see your WhatsApp display name, phone number, and messages. If you would rather not use Meta's services, email us instead and we will answer exactly the same way.

Why we are allowed to hold it

We process your information because you have asked us to — to answer your question, prepare a quote, or fulfil an order — and because we have a legitimate interest in running and securing this website. We will only send you marketing if you have specifically asked to hear from us, and every such message will include a way to stop them.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for up to twenty-four months, so we can pick up a conversation where it left off. Records connected to an actual order are kept for as long as Dominican commercial and tax law requires. Server logs are kept for a short period and then discarded. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

Your rights

Under Dominican Republic Law No. 172-13 on the Protection of Personal Data, you have the right to access the information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to object to how we are using it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within thirty days. We will never charge you for making one of these requests.

If you are contacting us from the European Union or the United Kingdom, we will also honour the equivalent rights under the GDPR, including the right to receive a copy of your data in a portable format and the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection. Enquiries are held in access-controlled business accounts. No system is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise — but we keep the amount of information we hold deliberately small, which is the most effective protection there is.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information — for example, if we ever add analytics or an online checkout — we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be made clear on the site rather than buried here.
