These terms govern your use of sexybera.com and any order you place with us. Please read them — they are short, and written to be understood.

Who we are

Sexybera is a fashion house based in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Sexybera, and "you" means the person using this site.

This site is a catalogue, not a shop

There is no checkout here. The collections shown are an invitation to begin a conversation, not an offer to sell. When you tap a call to action you are sent to WhatsApp or email to make an enquiry. A sale exists only once we have confirmed your order, the price, and the delivery arrangement with you directly in writing. Nothing on this page creates a binding order on its own.

Prices and availability

Prices shown are in Dominican pesos (DOP), marked RD$, and are a guide to the current price of each piece. They exclude delivery, and exclude any duties or import taxes that may apply where you live. If you are paying in another currency, the amount charged will depend on your bank's exchange rate on the day. We may change prices at any time, but the price we confirm to you in writing for a specific order is the price you pay.

Our pieces are produced in small runs. A garment shown here may be unavailable, or available only in certain sizes, and we will tell you honestly when that is the case.

How our garments are made

Sexybera pieces are handmade from natural fabrics. Small variations in weave, drape, shade, and finish are inherent to that process and are not defects — they are the reason the clothes look the way they do. Screens also render colour differently, so a fabric may not appear on your device exactly as it does in daylight. If the fit or colour of a piece matters to you precisely, ask us before ordering and we will describe it properly.

Using this site

You are welcome to browse, share links, and save images for your own personal reference. You may not copy our photography, garment designs, text, or brand name for commercial use, resell our pieces as your own work, attempt to break or overload the site, or use it for anything unlawful.

Our intellectual property

The Sexybera name, the designs, the photography, and the text on this site belong to us and are protected under Dominican and international law. Nothing here transfers any of that to you.

Links to other places

This site links out to WhatsApp and to social platforms we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data. Their terms apply once you leave here.

What we do not promise

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else the law does not permit us to exclude — including your statutory rights as a consumer, which stand regardless of what is written here.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic, and the courts of Santo Domingo have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country.

Changes

We may update these terms as the business grows — most obviously if we add an online checkout. The version published here at the time of your order is the version that applies to it.
